Chanda Mathur is an internationally published and acclaimed Photographer. After finishing her post graduation she worked in corporate companies for some time on administrative profiles with very lucrative packages but the creative urge in her led to photography. Her work can be seen as a unique representation of emotions and narratives. Chanda’s passion speaks louder than words, having no formal training she taught herself to attain the International repute and in a very short period of time her works were published in various International Magazines and displayed in most prestigious galleries.
Thereafter there has been no looking back as Chanda has excelled in this Art to make out a path for herself and has been actively working as a Professional Photographer.

Organized an Exhibition- Wings of Desire exhibiting in Shimla, showcasing variety of work related to Travel, Portraits and Fine Art work. Since Shimla is a beautiful Town of Art Lovers, the work was in Prints and Frames. It was an effort of giving an exposure to this form of Art to People, also to gain recognition in the field of Photography. Worked on an Interesting assignment in Orissa for Center for Youth and Social Development Program Of India as an Investigator and Consultant. Worked to create a Photography documentary.

I was walking past a stall where I saw a young girl admiring herself in the mirror. She was the shopkeepers daughter, I figured out that making decorative mirrors was their family profession. I found this as an interesting set-up for taking a picture. She saw me clicking her photo and pretended not to have noticed me. She held the mirror very interestingly looking at herself in it. I also let her pretend and made few shots with her unspoken consent.
